Common portal tasks

Tenant activation If your landlord already added you, use renter register to send the password setup email.
Landlord signup Create the owner workspace first, then add properties, residents, occupancy, documents, and contacts from inside the portal.
Password reset Use the login page if you need a reset link or landed on the wrong side of the portal.

Contact the landlord or property contact for

Rent and balances Use Payments inside the resident portal or the billing contact listed in Contacts.
Maintenance timing and access Use Maintenance so photos, updates, and scheduled visits stay tied to the same request.
Lease or document questions Open the document first, then use Inbox if you need clarification tied to that record.
Emergency property issues Follow the emergency instructions shown in the portal instead of waiting for platform support.
